I had the pleasure to work with Mark Patton when he helped to market/sell our townhome which was located on Village on the Green in Wood Ranch/Simi Valley. Mark was extremely professional, did a wonderful job of creating the marketing materials including pictures and a virtual tour of our beautiful home. Although we were trying to sell the property due to our move to Colorado as the market was "cooling off", thru his diligent efforts we managed to still get very close to our asking price for the townhome soon after listing the property. From the moment we hired Mark Patton to sell our house he took care of everything. All we had to do was sign” on the dotted line”. He saved us thousands of dollars by hiring the right contractors to do the repairs as requested by the buyer. He also went “above and beyond” by making a trip to Home Depot and buying a part and installing it himself. How many Realtors would do that?? He communicated with us constantly, apprising us of any updates as we progressed through the sale. He personally brought the check from Escrow Department to us on closing day. We have downsized to an independent living facility but if ever an acquaintance is in need of a Realtor we will highly recommend Mark. I would also like to give a “Shout Out” to his helper Amanda. She made it easy for me to sign forms on the computer. (I am not computer savvy) SO THE MORAL OF THE STORY IS HIRE MARK PATTON TO SELL OR BUY YOUR HOUSE.

Mark sold my 90 yr old mothers home for her in the summer of 2022. From the 1st meeting the entire family all agreed we were in good hands. We never had to wait long at all for a returned call and just about every conversation ended with "do you have any questions ". We never felt like Mark wasn't available or that he was rushing us through a conversation. California (lawyers) requires a lot of paperwork. However I never felt alone as I muddled my way through it. Overall it was a lot of work, stressful and confusing at times. But having Mark in our corner made the entire experience much more than just making it through. We were an effective team. With Marks leadership we felt confident and ethical through the entire process. Almost forgot. Mark has a team of wonderful professionals. His assistant and escrow folks were amazing and always available to help.
